In A Maze of Human Chaos! (Poem)
In a maze of human chaos,
Deep within a surrogate conscience,
The soul embarks on a chaotic journey,
Delving deep into the metaphysical realms,
Searching for unanswered questions,
The unsolved mysteries of life,
Damning worldly sufferings,
Into the dungeons of human existence,
A wise man, an idealist, a genius,
Fraught with worldly cares,
An inner voice that dares,
To defy social norms,
To break the walls of orthodox structures and forms,
To shout against the bias and the prejudice,
A long journey through a dark tunnel seeking justice,
Millions of empty stomachs and dried throats,
Crying for help from wealthy men and women in expensive coats,
Poverty staring at humanity pale-faced,
Where are the torchbearers of equality, democracy, and humanity gone?
Rhetorical speeches, words of encouragement, and empty promises,
That was sung at every election campaign song.
Aren’t we all living in a world
Caught in a maze of human chaos?
In a maze of human chaos,
Deep within a sacred womb,
A female fetus was the revelation,
The family gathered was in deep contemplation,
An Abortion was the only option,
A mother’s heart heard her baby cry,
‘Shh… my little princess this will not happen was the mother’s reply,
Something touched a human chord,
As people celebrated the birth of the girl child,
In a frenzy of fragile emotions,
The arrival of the baby girl was welcomed,
Aren’t we all living in a world
Caught in a maze of human chaos?
