Indian teas are a flavorful blend of spices, herbs, and an array of delightful mixes that make them stand out from other teas. Indians don’t brew their tea but the relentless boiling of tea leaves and spices gives it a distinct taste and flavour relished by the millions in India.

Brewing vs. Boiling

Unlike our Western counterparts where the tea is brewed we Indians from the Asian continent, want our tea leaves to be boiled in milk with an array of spices and herbs to give it a unique and distinct taste and magical flavours.

A good cup of well-made tea will make your day by energizing you, lifting your sagging spirits and filling you with renewed hope and enthusiasm and that’s what Indian chai does to every Indian irrespective of whether it is prepared at home or enjoyed at a nearby tea-stall.
